- Served as Resource Person for 22 sessions (1˝ hour each) for 11 batches in 5-day training programmes on Participatory Learning and Management techniques (PLM) for 330 block level Community Nutrition Instructors (CNI) and Community Nutrition Supervisors (CNS) of Tamilnadu organized by GRI and sponsored by TINP, Tamilnadu –November 2000-March 2001
- Served as Resource Person in the 2-day national seminar on community action planning and development process jointly organized by GRI and the universities of Madras, Waterloo and Guelph at GRI during Februrary 23-24, 2001
- Coordinated the implementation of more than 15 projects of various departments of GRI under the Total Transformation Project (TTKP) of GRI at Karatalaganpatti village in Dindigul District. It is an innovative attempt to create a new Harijan settlement with all basic facilities. This massive project was launched with the construction of 63 low cost houses with electrification, soak pits, smokeless chula, individual household latrines, with people’s participation. Also created facilities like protected drinking water, approach roads and streets with street lights and road side trees. Organized awareness generation programmes on various social issues. Constructed a work shed for starting income generation activities. Promoted community organizations. It was funded by NFRD, New Delhi and CAPART, New Delhi -- 1996-2001.
