  1. Short –term orientation training conducted by the Dept.of ACE & E on Adult Literacy at Gandhigram from 3.2.1992 to 9.2.1992.
  2. Participated "Training-cum-workshop on project formulation through PRA methods" organized by the PRA unit of the Gandhigram Rural Institute for five days from 27th to 31st December 1996, at Gandhigram.
  3. Participated two day workshop on the use of computers in Social Science Research organized by the Dept of Sociology, Madurai Kamaraj University Madurai on 28th and 29th of March 1996.
  4. Participated in the Research methodology course in Social Sciences sponsored by Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR) organized by the Department of Sociology, GRI, Gandhigram from March 25th to 27th 1997.
