    2, Organized training programmes on HIV/AIDS for NGOs personnel which not only enlightened them but also intensified their filed works among people vulnerable to HIV/AIDS.

    3. Conducted a number of awareness creation/ gender sensitization programmes.

    4. A massive campaign against female infanticide in Tamilnadu was organized.

    5. Capacity building for CBOs facilitated IGP through NGOs

    6. A number of workshops on Social Exclusion and Inclusive Policy, Street Children, Child Labour were organished with funding support from UGC, UNICEF, and MHRD/MESJ/GOI,Dept.of Social Defense/GTNU.

I have also served as a Resource Person and chaired sessions in most of these seminars etc.
