• Trained the staff and partners of ALERT-India, Mumbai on innovative M&E systems & impact Assessment tools
• Developed Detailed Implementation Plan (DIP) for Alternative Education and Documented the entire DIP process for ADRA India HELP Project
• Documented the best practices of the works of Palmyra Workers Development Society, Marthandam. The document on Shelter Programme was selected as the first runner-up for the International Habitat Award
• Conducted an impact study to evaluate the development programmes of CEDAR (an NGO working for the abolition and reduction of child labour in Sivakasi area) and their impact on child labour and women development using participatory research techniques
• Associated with People’s Watch, an NGO working on human rights issues, in its campaign for introducing human rights education to schools and colleges with special reference to child and Dalit rights
• Undertook impact assessment of the development programmes of ECOMWEL (an NGO working for the development of women and disabled) on consultancy mode as well as to evolve an resource mobilization strategy for the organization
• Initiated and built capacities of the advisory unit of ECOMWEL on corporate involvement in social responsibility projects.
