- Done a Research Project on" Alternative Employment planning through Rural Industries for Muruganpatti village, Ambathurai Panchayat, Athoor Block of Dindigul District" at M.A level
- Prepared a "Model panchayat level Employment plan for a watershed planning-A case study at M. Phil level
- Done a Ph.D Thesis entitled "Employment Generation through watershed planning-A case study of Willington watershed in south Arcot Vallalar District, Tamil Nadu" at Ph.D level
(iii) Research Experience in Govt. Projects : 4 Nos.
- Worked as Research Assistant in a project of Atlas for Athoor watershed in the department of Rural development, Gandhigram Rural University, Gandhigram. Funded by DRDA, Dindigul from06.02.97 to 05.05.97
- Served as Resource Person in the project of Integrated waste land Development programme for 10 Micro watersheds in Sanarpatti of Dindigul District.
- As Research Director, Done a Mid-term Evaluation (Report) on Drought prone areas programme through watershed Development project of three blocks viz. Athoor, Natham and Kodaikanal in Didiugul District. This study was carried out for 3 months from June to August 1998 and this project was Funded by DRDA Dindigul District.
- Worked as Research Director in the project of Drought prone area programme through watersheds development project in different blocks of 10 micro watersheds of coimbatore District .The project period is from 1997-98 to 2000—2001

10. Resource Person(Inaugural Address / Guest Lecture / Chairman)
- Presented a paper on "Resource Based Block Level Planning :A case study from Tamil Nadu" to the course on Micro Project Planning for NGOs from different parts of the country which is held at NIRD.Hydrabed on 2nd march 2007 between 9.30 to 1 pm
- Presented a paper entitled on "Perspective planning for Infrastructure Basic services under NREGA-An experiences from Tamil Nadu" to the District level officers, NGOs and elected body members from various states in India conducted by National Institute of Rural Development, Hyderabad on 29.08.2007
- Served as Resource person at NIRD, Hyderabad in the Topic on "Resource Mobilization and funds raising for Development projects to NGOs" from various states in India on 02.02.2008
- Served as resource person and delivered a lecture on "NGOs role and social responsibilities at NIRD", Hyderabad on 05.05.2008
- Served as Resource person to deliver a lecture on Watershed Development programmes – A Micro Level Approach to the forest Range officers and Foresters. There are about 35 officers participated in the programme. This is held at Ayyalur Reserve forest held on 28.08.08 from 10 Am to 5 pm
- Served as Resource person to deliver a lecture on Role of youth in Rural Development in the State level NSS Seminar organized by the standard fire works Raja rathnam College, for women Sivakasi on 24.09.08.
- Delivered Special lecture on "Status of Panchayatiraj Institutions in India" to the Group – II Co-operative officers for Audit. It was held at Institute of Co-operative Management (ICM), Madurai in the afternoon of 19.12.08 and on 22.12.08. There are 40 participants participated in the programme.
- Served as a Resource person to deliver a lecture on Social Responsibilities of NGOs on 27.03.09 between 9.30 am to 1 pm at National Institute of Rural Development (NIRD), Hyderabad. The participants are participated from various states in the country.
- Served as Resource person to deliver a Lecture on "Watershed and Employment and New watershed common guide line-2008". to the IRSA participants, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh on 20.04.09.
- Served as Resource Person in a Topic on "Social Responsibility of NGOs Shri Anna Hazare Model – A Case Study" to the NGOs were coming from different states. This was held on 11.09.09 from 9.30 to 1 pm at NIRD, Hydrabad.

Taking Gandhi to Schools and Villages
- In-charge of an exhibition of Taking Gandhi to schools and village during silver jubilee year celebration organized by the Dept. of GT&PSC. This exhibition was inaugurated by our Respected Vice-chancellor- GRU at M.M. Kovilur. We exhibited 25 schools and village in and around Dindigul District. Of the total 19,905 beneficiaries, 19,227 students and 618 staff and also 60 members in the village were benefited. Some of the programmes are as follow
- Colombu Syed Mohamed Alim higher secondary school at MM. Kovilur held on 12.10.2001;(1800 students and 50 staff members attended)
- Kasthurba seva Ashram-Women High School, (Special) Gandhigram Trust, Gandhigram dated 14.03.02. (119 students and 6 staff were attended)
- C.S.I primary school at Perumal Kovil patti, exhibited on 09.04.02, (83 students and 2 staff participated)
- Renhasamipuram a small village held on 09.04.02 (60 members have attended
- Devangar Higher Secondary School, Chinnalapatty on 18.07.02. (The total No. of students are 1309 and 36 staff benefited)
- Thambithottam higher secondary school, Thambithottam in the afternoon of 19.07.02 (1483 students and 25 staff have attended)
- St.James high school, A Vellodu, on 01.08.02, (345 students and 11 staff have participated)
- Government Higher secondary school, N. Panchampatti in the Afternoon of 01.08.02 (630 students and 24 staff have benefited though this programme)
- I am in charge of summer placement Programme held at Siva Sailam in Tirunelveli District from 08.05 .08 to 18.05.08
