    Experience of evaluating projects:

  • Had been part of the four member evaluation team in 2002 to evaluate the programmes of PEAK (People’s Education and Action in Kodaikanal), which is a Jesuit venture to liberate the marginalized of Kodai hills since 1988. It is an integral wing of the Sacred Heart College, Shembaganur, Kodaikanal.

  • Did an evaluation study in 2004 for CMSSS (Coimbatore Multipurpose Social Service Society) for project, ‘Development of women and children through motivation and organisation in Palakkad Zone’.

  • In the empowerment process

  • In the process of empowering rural women DEEPAM is working with 326 SHGs in 108 villages of Vathalagundu block. On 24th June 2004 Vidial SHG (Self -Help Group) of Lakshmipuram village was awarded with best Self- Help Group in Dindigul District.

  • Completed Action Research Projects

  • After School Programme for Dalit Children in 56 villages at Dindigul District funded by Miriam Dean Fund, UK
