CONVOCATION 2018

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS TO THE CANDIDATES

  1. Convocation for conferring Degree/Diploma will be held in the third/fourth week of January 2018.
  2. Candidates applying for convocation should register and pay the prescribed fees only by online mode.
  3. Candidates who registered for admission to the convocation to receive the Degree "IN PERSON" but absented themselves for the convocation due to unavoidable circumstances shall be deemed to have opted to take the Degree "IN ABSENTIA".
  4. The Degrees/Diplomas of the candidates admitted to the convocation "IN ABSENTIA" will be sent directly to the candidates' address provided in the online registration form.
  5. Incomplete registrations even after the payment of fees will not be accepted.
  6. The following are the fees for admission to the convocation.

  1. The prescribed fee must be paid only by online mode using any banks Debit/Credit cards or Net banking. Applicable transaction charges will be added. Payments made by bank chalans will not be accepted.
  2. An email and SMS will be sent to the candidates who have applied for receiving the Degree/Diploma "IN PERSON" before 7 days of date of Convocation.
  3. Candidates shall wear shawls obtained from the Deans / HODs / Directors of the programmes concerned and present themselves for the convocation. The prescribed shawls for the Degree / Diploma are as under

  4. Candidates should verify their address and Parent's name. Corrections can be made in the online application itself if necessary.

  5. For making corrections in Father/Mother/Guardian name their aadhar card/voter ID image should be uploaded (.jpg format/maximum size 100 kb) for name proof.

  6. No corrections will be carried out after submitting the application.

  7. Last date: 25.01.2018

Candidates without proper shawls and caps will not be admitted to the convocation.
