CHAPATHI ROLL

 

 

Ingredients:

 

 

Whole wheat flour – 1 kg

Potato                    - ½ kg

Peas                       - 150 gm

Big onion               - ½ kg

Carrot                     - ¼ kg

Tomato                   - ¼ kg

Salt                          - a pinch

Oil                           - 50 ml

Curry leaves            - a few

Mustard                   - a few

Coriander leaves      - a few

Garam masala          - 2 teaspoon

 

 

 

Method:

 

v     Add water to the whole wheat flour then make it as a dough.

v    Boil potato, peas then mash that boiled potato.

v    Seasoned the chopped items (carrot, tomato, onion).

v    Add mashed potato, peas with the seasoned items.

v    Roll dough as a chapatti then make it as a stuffed chapatti roll.
