Procedure for Filling in Online Application

Application Cost Rs.600. SC/ST Candidates can avail one application at free of Cost

Read the e-Prospectus carefully before filling in the application

Identify the Programme Group.

Candidates can apply for only one programme per application

PG Diploma Programmes
PG Diploma in Sanitary Inspector's Course
Minimum eligibility requirements:
A Pass in Higher Secondary (+2) with Biology (Bio maths group) or Zoology and Botany (Pure Science group)
and
A Pass in B.Sc. degree in Zoology with allied Chemistry / Bio Chemistry or
B.Sc. degree in Chemistry with allied Zoology or
B.Sc. degree in Public Health / Environmental Science / Microbiology
* Age limit as on 01.07.2024: 25 years and 28 years for SC/STs.
* Entrance Test will be conducted

- Applicants must register before login.
- Before registering you should have a valid E-mail id and Mobile number.
- You will be provided username and password through SMS and E-mail.
Step-7
- Login using the username and password provided to you.
- The required particulars may be filled up in different phases.
Step-8
Make Final Submission on or before the last date. Your application will be valid only after final submission.
Step-9
Login frequently to know the status of Your Application.
Candidates applying under Sports Quota are asked to send the copies of all the Sports Certificates (From 2019-20 to 2023-24) WITH A COPY OF YOUR APPLICATION by Post/Courier to the Head, Physical Education and Yoga Centre, The Gandhigram Rural Institute (DTBU), Gandhigram - 624302, Dindigul Dt., Tamil Nadu for verification of the certificates for their eligibility under Sports Quota.
