PIZZA
Ingredients:
Pizza base
2 cheese cubes
2 medium size tomatoes
1 medium size onion
1 medium capsicum
½ tsp ginger garlic paste
Pinch of cumin seeds
1 tsp chilli powder
4 tsp tomato sauce
Salt to taste
Butter as reqd
Coriander leaves(optimal)
Method:
Cut tomato, onion &
capsicum into very small pieces. Heat oil in a kadai,
add cumin seeds & onion. When onion is little pink add ginger paste. Cook
it onion is little brown now add cut tomatoes , capsicum, chilli
powder and cook it till they are ready add tomato sauce. Cook this masala for 10-15 mins on a low
flame. When it start leaving oil, it’s ready. You can
add little butter to thin masala if you like. Add
coriander leaves. Now apply little butter on the pizza it should be on the
bottom side which will be placed on tawa so that it
doesn’t stick. Now spread the masala on the pizza. .
Cover it with lid. Cook it for 4-5 mins. Keep cooking
the pizza bottom to make sure it’s not burning or sticking. Ready
to serve.
