Presentation Guidelines
Conference Dates: 9–11 February 2026, at Gandhigram Rural Institute, Dindigul.
Presentation Duration: Each presenter is allocated 15 minutes for presentation followed by 5 minutes for discussion/Q&A. Please comply with the instructions provided by the session chair.
Presentation Submission: Please upload or email your presentation slides in PPT/PPTX or PDF format as instructed, and kindly carry a backup copy on a USB drive.
Slide Preparation: Use clear, sufficiently large fonts, and prioritize visuals, figures, and flowcharts rather than text-heavy slides.
Reporting Time: Presenters are requested to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to their scheduled session to allow for setup and technical checks.
Remote Presentations: If remote presentations are permitted, relevant coordination and joining details will be communicated separately.
Time Management: Session chairs will strictly monitor and enforce the allotted presentation time.
